The mission is to positively impact service delivery systems through
collaborating, educating, and advocating on behalf of members.
RICORP believes in Best Practices utilizing training and professional development that is evidence-based to best support youth workers. RICORP supports national accreditions standards that improve and enhance the quality of staff services as required by COA, JACHO, CARF, and state licensing agencies. Besides offering training, RICORP is a testing site for those seeking national certification through the Child and Youth Certification Board (CYCCB).

RICORP is about those who have a passion for serving young people — both practicing professionals and students who are considering making youth work part of their career.
It's about leadership and career development, personal and professional renewal, and learning experiences focused on the individual, their organization and professions. It’s about getting greatness from those passionate in working with troubled children, youth and families and their difficult life circumstances.
